- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is accepted
- For gift orders, please provide the recipient’s accurate name and delivery address

Delivery Policy
- We deliver to all major areas in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Standard delivery takes 2-4 hours
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and public holidays
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery
- Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible
- To cancel an order please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers and gifts, we do not accept returns
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos
- We will review your complaint and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
