Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Fresh flowers and bouquets
- Perishable gift items
- Customized orders
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
- Send us clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp
- We will review your complaint and offer a replacement or refund
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible
- To cancel contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer
